Steel

The RECA cutting department is equipped with an automatic cutting line Adige with 3-axis CNC and one line 5-axis laser tube, designed to guarantee high precision, productivity and operational flexibility.

The systems automatically manage bar selection, cutting and material unloading, with capacities up to 4,000 kg and four different discharge positions. Thanks to the integration with the brushing and collection systems, the production process is completely automated.

Our technologies allow the processing of tubes with diameters from 8mm to 102mm and lengths up to 4,500 mm, guaranteeing constant quality, cutting precision and maximum repeatability for every production need.

Which materials can be laser cut?

Can laser cutting be combined with other operations?

Yes. Cut components can continue through bending, end forming, stamping and welding. This makes it possible to manage a complete in-house production sequence and maintain consistency between the different operations.
