The RECA stamping department has 38 eccentric mechanical gooseneck presses, with tonnages between 10 and 130 tons, suitable for shearing, stamping and small drawing operations. Thanks to the experience gained in the sector and the use of dedicated equipment, we are able to guarantee precision, repeatability and constant quality on both small and large series productions.

Which stamping operations does RECA provide?

RECA performs blanking, stamping, flattening, deformation and small drawing operations on tubes, profiles and metal parts. Each operation is designed according to the component geometry and functional requirements.

What press capacity is available?

The department uses mechanical and hydraulic gap-frame presses ranging from 10 to 130 tonnes. The press is selected according to material, thickness, deformation area and the required tooling.

Does RECA also manufacture stamping tools?

Yes. When required, RECA develops dedicated tools and production equipment in-house. This connects part design, trials, setup and repeatability control before production begins.

Is stamping suitable for both small and large series?

The process can be configured for prototypes, pre-series and repeat production. Quantities, tooling complexity and manufacturing frequency are considered during the technical and commercial assessment.

Which operations can complete a stamped component?

Stamping can be integrated with laser cutting, bending, end forming and welding, coordinating holes, deformations, bends and assemblies within the same production route.
