We make our experience in welding and assembling metal components available to customers, guaranteeing precise, solid workmanship with attention to every detail.

Thanks to qualified operators and controlled production processes, R.E.C.A. carries out welding on pipes, profiles and metal parts intended for various industrial sectors. Each process is carried out with attention to resistance, aesthetic quality and compliance with project specifications.

Welding of RECA metal tubular components and structures

We specialize in the processing of various metal alloys

Steel

Steel is the ideal material for those looking for strength, reliability and an excellent quality-price ratio. Thanks to its versatility, it is used in sectors such as furniture, agriculture, automotive, construction machinery, pressure washer frames and power generators.

Stainless steel

Stainless steel is essential wherever hygiene, corrosion resistance and an impeccable finish are required. Typical applications include the food industry, refrigeration, exhaust manifolds and luxury furniture.

Aluminium

Aluminium is the perfect solution for projects that require lightness and conductivity, without sacrificing mechanical resistance. It is used in: Outdoor furniture, automotive, lighting, aerospace.

Our welding department is equipped with advanced technologies and latest generation robotic systems that allow us to create high-precision assemblies on pipes, profiles and metal components. The integration between automation, process control and highly qualified personnel guarantees constant quality, maximum repeatability and production flexibility to meet the needs of different industrial sectors.

RECA welding robot during the processing of tubular components

Welding is often combined to create complete, precise and functional metal structures and components.

We integrate pipe welding with complementary processes in a single operational flow. This synergy allows us to reduce production times, while guaranteeing absolute standards of precision and quality.

Laser cutting

Laser cutting allows you to create holes, slots and shapes with high precision, guaranteeing constant quality and maximum production flexibility.

Stamping

After bending, the tubes can be stamped to create holes, grooves, flattening and other functional processes.

Tube bending

Welding completes the production process allowing the assembly of components and structures with precision and reliability.

Tube forming

Shaping allows you to modify the geometry of the tube through flattening, deformations and specific processes based on the project.

Industrial application sectors

RECA creates custom pipes, profiles and metal components for industrial applications that require precision, resistance and production continuity. From furniture to transport, from construction to professional machinery, we adapt materials, geometries and processes to the technical specifications of each sector.

Technical answers

Frequently asked questions about metal component welding

Answers about materials, assemblies, automation and weld quality control.

Request a technical assessment
Which materials can RECA weld?

RECA welds components made from carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium. The process is selected according to material, thickness, joint geometry, required strength and the visual characteristics of the finished product.

Can welding be manual or robotic?

Yes. The department combines manual stations and robotic systems to suit different geometries, volumes and requirements. Automation is used when it improves production continuity, repeatability and cycle control.

How is assembly quality controlled?

Fixtures, dedicated equipment and process parameters help maintain positioning and geometry during welding. Inspection requirements are defined according to component function and the specifications agreed with the customer.

Can RECA supply complete welded subassemblies?

Yes. Cutting, bending, forming and stamping can be carried out before welding to produce frames, supports and subassemblies ready for the customer’s next operation or for additional finishing.

Which information is needed to assess a welded component?

Please provide drawings of the assembly and individual parts, materials, thicknesses, quantities, tolerances and joint requirements. Finishes, cosmetic areas and any specified inspections or tests should also be indicated.
