RECA bends tubes and profiles in carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Tooling and parameters are selected according to material properties, section, wall thickness, radius and the required visual result.
How is the feasibility of a tube bend assessed?
The review considers part geometry, tube diameter or profile section, wall thickness, radii, angles, straight lengths and tolerances. These factors are used to define the most suitable machine cycle and tooling.
Can RECA produce complex and repeatable bent geometries?
Yes. CNC equipment, dedicated tooling and process controls make it possible to manage parts with multiple bends and orientations. The setup is developed from the customer drawing and verified to maintain quality and repeatability in series production.
Can bending be integrated with cutting and welding?
Yes. Tubes can be cut, bent, end formed, stamped and then welded or assembled. Coordinating the operations reduces handling and makes dimensional and assembly control more effective.
Which files are required for a custom tube bending request?
A 3D model or dimensioned drawing should include material, section, wall thickness, radii, tolerances and quantities. It is also useful to identify cosmetic areas, welds, treatments and assembly conditions.
