We specialize in the processing of various metal alloys

Steel

Steel is the ideal material for those looking for strength, reliability and an excellent quality-price ratio. Thanks to its versatility, it is used in sectors such as furniture, agriculture, automotive, construction machinery, pressure washer frames and power generators.

Stainless steel

Stainless steel is essential wherever hygiene, corrosion resistance and an impeccable finish are required. Typical applications include the food industry, refrigeration, exhaust manifolds and luxury furniture.

Aluminium

Aluminium is the perfect solution for projects that require lightness and conductivity, without sacrificing mechanical resistance. It is used in: Outdoor furniture, automotive, lighting, aerospace.

Our shaping department has 6 CNC machines e 4 manual machines, capable of performing tapering, widening, threading, rolling, closing and other processes on pipes with diameters from 8mm to 90mm. L’integrazione tra tecnologie dedicate ed esperienza del personale garantisce precisione, ripetibilità e massima flessibilità produttiva.

RECA machinery for shaping metal tubes and profiles

Pipe shaping can be combined with other processes:

We integrate tube shaping with complementary processes in a single operational flow. This synergy allows us to reduce production times, while guaranteeing absolute standards of precision and quality.

Laser cutting

Laser cutting allows you to create holes, slots and shapes with high precision, guaranteeing constant quality and maximum production flexibility.

Stamping

The stamping processes allow you to integrate drilling, flattening and deformations directly onto the shaped components.

Welding

The shaped parts can subsequently be assembled by welding to obtain complete structures and components.

Tube bending

Shaping and bending are often combined to obtain components with complex shapes and specific functional characteristics.

Industrial application sectors

RECA creates custom pipes, profiles and metal components for industrial applications that require precision, resistance and production continuity. From furniture to transport, from construction to professional machinery, we adapt materials, geometries and processes to the technical specifications of each sector.

Technical answers

Frequently asked questions about tube end forming

Answers about end operations, workable diameters and integration with other processes.

Request a technical assessment
Which tube end-forming operations can RECA perform?

The department can perform tapering, expanding, threading, rolling, closing, facing and other functional end deformations. The sequence is defined according to the drawing and the final function of the tube.

Which tube diameters can be end formed?

RECA equipment can process tubes from 8 mm to 90 mm in diameter. Feasibility also depends on material, wall thickness, initial shape and the amount of deformation required.

Is tube forming performed with CNC equipment?

The department has 6 CNC tube-forming machines and 4 manual machines. This combination supports repeat production, dedicated developments and different manufacturing requirements, from samples through series production.

Which materials can be end formed?

RECA mainly works with carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Tooling, steps and parameters are assessed according to material behaviour and required geometry to control deformation and final quality.

Can end forming be combined with other processes?

Yes. End forming can precede or follow laser cutting, bending, stamping and welding, producing components ready for joining, assembly or subsequent manufacturing operations.
